Kaitlin’s journey to real estate is rooted in her early years on a farm in Northern Alberta, where she gained a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial mindset. After her post-secondary studies, she moved to Canmore, AB, launching a mobile coffee business, which she successfully operated for three years. In 2017, she sold her business and transitioned to the outdoor industry, working in roles for CMH Heli-Skiing and Backroads Active Travel. The community spirit and annual snowfall eventually drew her to Revelstoke, where she’s been able to combine her passion for business with her love of mountain communities.
In 2024, Kaitlin made the jump to Real Estate working as an unlicensed assistant while studying for the UBC Real Estate Licensing Course. Drawing from her years of experience as a business owner, homeowner and outdoor enthusiast, Kaitlin is eager to walk clients through the Revelstoke Real Estate Market.
Outside of work, you will find Kaitlin on the trail, in the kitchen or camping in the Kootenays with her partner Oli and pup Uto. If you are a backcountry enthusiast, you may even see her create content for The Uptrack blog, a free online resource for ski touring in Rogers Pass and Revelstoke.
Kaitlin has passed her Real Estate Exam and expects to be fully licensed by February 2025!
