Suzanne has been involved in real estate since 1997. Originally from the US, she started selling real estate for Coldwell Banker in New Mexico. She transitioned into being co-owner of a construction business after moving her family to Idaho, primarily building luxury homes at Tamarack Ski Resort near McCall, Idaho.
The next move was to Revelstoke, BC in 2007. Coming through on a road trip, she fell in love with the town and bought an old building on 1st Street. Since being here, she is now a Canadian citizen. Her first two years were involved in developing the multi-use building downtown next to the Revelstoke Museum & Archives. When this project was complete, she became licensed for Strata Management (BC’s term for condominium management), and formed Powder Highway Management Group. Her portfolio consisted of properties along the Powder Highway, mainly in Revelstoke and Kicking Horse in Golden, BC. After selling this business, she then moved back into real estate, and has been the Associate Broker since 2023.
Suzanne brings a wealth of industry knowledge to her role. With close to 30 years of experience working with developers, contractors, management companies, homeowners, and understanding the nuances of resort living, she brings a level of professionalism when working with both buyers and sellers.
Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys hiking, kayaking, exploring off-the-beaten-path travel destinations – and most of all – spending time with family. Both her children have moved back to Revelstoke and are setting roots.
